Summertime is here, we are craving for light ideas to escort our Lucien. By chance, it’s also the best season for fruits. Without thinking twice, slice your favourite fruits (apricots, peaches, nectarines, figs, watermelon, you have the choice), place them on a grid and drizzle with a slash of honey or maple syrup diluted in a bit of water. Sprinkle with pine nuts, then let in the oven (200°C) until golden (about 10 minutes) and serve with mint leaves or lemon peels (or both!). Delicious with any Lucien!
Additional tip for gourmets: place a baking paper under your grid to collect the fruits juice. Then serve the grilled fruits with a scoop of almond milk ice cream drizzled with the juice. Total ecstasy!
