You don’t like desserts that are too sweet ? Try this sugar-free chocolate cream with your Lucien. It’s delicious and super easy to bake: melt over low heat 100g of a good black chocolate in half a litter of fresh milk, let stand a few minutes then pour gradually on 3 beaten eggs. Put back on low heat and stir until the cream thikens (without boiling). Store in the fridge for a few hours and it’s ready!
